We  are  an  organization  of  passionate  animal  lovers  who  volunteer  our  time  and  skills  to  ensure  all  animals  are  cared  for  and  no  owner  is  forced  to  give  up  a  pet  because  of  financial  hardship.  We  believe  that  every  pet  deserves  a  loving  home,  and  a  happy  and  healthy  life. After  years  of  working  for  other  animal  non-profits,  it  is  this  belief  that  led  us  to  volunteer  for   Hands  That  Heal  RI.
